Randi's Wedding

A friend of mine got married this past Saturday, Randi Humes from Golden,but now is Randi Vermillion. Anyway we went to the wedding and reception in Golden. Here are some pictures! Family photo : Jadyn and I had similar dresses and she was excited about that!

Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

Last Wednesday we took a field trip to the pumpkin patch over by Hamilton. Here is the 4 kids I took, Nolan Gooding, Jaren, Brilyn, and Jake Knorr. They were all very good and got to pick out 3 pumpkins to take home! Then we stopped at Dairy Queen for lunch and ice cream! We had a good day.

Summer play coming to an end.. Fall is here!

We spent one afternoon outside playing! It was a beautiful day.. the kids enjoyed playing with Brady and swinging! Brady is getting to be a big dog already.. not our little "puppy" anymore!

A Long And RAINY weekend!

Friday night we went to Quincy with Tecia and her girls. It rained the entire trip. We did however make it to McDonalds where the kids enjoyed playing! Saturday was another rainy day we spent outside.. There was a craft show in Carthage and in Augusta that I went to. Then we spent the rest of the day watching movies and playing games. Jason left for Memphis, TN for a cub cadet convention on Sunday morning at 6:30. We got up and it had quit raining but everything was very wet so no outside play today! These pictures were taken on Sunday, Jason was gone and we spent the day eating popcorn and watching movies again! Jadyn picked out the movie The College Road Trip. It was pretty good.. then the movie Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was on that we also watched! All in all a good weekend for movie watching!

Jaren loving to read!

Jaren had dumped his basket of books out one evening while getting ready for bed! He really loves to be read to and to look at the pictures. He doesn't like Jadyn to share mommy's lap though or let Jadyn pick out her own books! But he is getting better at sharing..

Jason's first hunt of the year!

Kirk came back for the week and was able to go hunting. They killed 4 geese and 2 ducks..they were very excited so of course had to take some pictures.

Jaren got a closer look at it, but as you can see wasn't very excited about it!They kept saying just wait a few years and you will love to hunt! I said he doesn't HAVE to hunt if he gets older and doesn't WANT to! Jason disagreed!

Jadyn's 1st day of kindergarten!

The day had finally came, my little girl is now in kindergarten! She was very excited to eat lunch at school and get to stay the whole day! We will see in a couple years how much she likes to eat at school and go a whole day! She has Mrs. Kelly as her teacher and so far is really liking it.

Jaren the climber!!

1st of all I was unable to get any pictures yesterday, but he had climbed up the bar stool across the bar to the sink! Not only that, I had 2 dirty pans from supper from the night before and he had his feet in one and hands in the other playing in it! I just threw him in the bath!... Then today, what the pictures are showing.. he had climbed up the same way and over by the stove and was eating left over green beans from lunch! I don't know what I'm going to do with him!.. Unfortunately, Jason did not get any green beans for lunch and I now know I should not take a shower when Jason is not here! I don't know what he may get into!!

Chicago Trip!

I had to put this on here even though it's not from the zoo! Its the cutest picture I took of both Jaren and Sadie! Jadyn had been pushing them around the room!

Jadyn was dying to sit or take a picture on every fake animal there! So as we were leaving she got to do both! She was excited!

Jadyn touching the stingrays! She loved this part. We went to Sea World last year and they had this but she never did touch them. This year she touched the stingrays 7 or 8 times and loved it!
